美国普林斯顿大学招聘博士后
Postdoctoral research positions are available at Princeton University in the laboratory of Professor Celeste Nelson to study the biochemical and mechanical mechanisms that define pattern formation during branching morphogenesis of the mammary gland.
At least one position will focus on the spatial differences in gene expression that govern branching pattern. (For more information, see Nelson et al, 2006. Tissue geometry determines sites of mammary branching morphogenesis in organotypic cultures. Science. 314: 298-300.)
Another position is available to study the biochemical and mechanical constraints of tissue fibrosis during breast cancer progression. (For more information, see Radisky et al, 2005. Rac1b and reactive oxygen species mediate MMP3-induced EMT and genomic instability. Nature. 436: 123-127.)
